The Dyeing Section at Lao Apparel Company plays a critical role in ensuring fabric quality, color precision, and long-term performance. Equipped with modern dyeing machines and supported by a skilled technical team, our dyeing unit is designed to handle various types of knitted fabrics with efficiency and environmental responsibility. We follow internationally approved dyeing standards and use high-quality dyes and chemicals sourced from certified suppliers to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with global regulations.

This automation ensures uniform shade consistency, minimal reprocessing, and reduced chemical wastage.
Each dyeing batch is monitored by experienced dyeing technicians who carefully follow approved lab dip standards and buyer shade references.
Laboratory & Quality Assurance
Before bulk dyeing begins, our laboratory develops and matches lab dips according to buyer-approved standards. Every batch undergoes strict laboratory testing, including:
- Color Matching Verification
- Wash Fastness Test
- Rubbing Fastness Test (Dry & Wet)
- Perspiration Fastness Test
- Light Fastness Test
- Shrinkage Test
- Spirality Test (for knitted fabrics)
Only after passing all required tests does the fabric move to the next production stage.

We are strongly committed to sustainable and eco-friendly dyeing practices. Our dyeing process follows international environmental compliance standards. Wastewater generated during dyeing is treated in our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) before being discharged.
